VR took over the Shoreline Yacht Club in Long Beach, California for their
Regional Meeting. Action, awareness and awards were the three keywords
for this event that saw a tremendous amount of excitement, interest and
invigorating motivation in increasing more business transactions.
I partook in the proceedings to help generate fervor
for creating and enhancing existing content for the VR office and
business-for-sale websites as well as other marketing material provided
in the VR WebManager and Today's Business Owner.
Scot
Cockroft, Owner of the VR office in Dallas, traveled from Texas to
discuss the benefits of fully utilizing web and marketing content by
using his own
VR office website as a prime example of how he is successful with the tools provided by VR Corporate.
In addition, VR in Huntington Beach Owner
Steve
Benson and VR in Westlake Village Owner
Rodd Feingold taught courses to
the franchisees. Steve gave a presentation on essential business
brokerage, while Rodd discussed utilizing the tools available on the VR Website more effectively.
The
later part of the afternoon brought about the presentation of the 2008
annual and fourth quarter awards for those recognized in the California
offices such as Rodd Feingold, and Bill Lange and Ken Oppeltz, Owners of VR in San Diego for their contributions in business sales.
In
particular, VR honored the Artesia office for a number of accolades
including numerous Victory Awards in the Double Diamond, Gold, Silver
and Bronze status for its associates. Owner William Park was not only
awarded the title for #1 Office in Business Sales in 2008, but won the
coveted 2008 MVI Award. In addition, we inducted long-time VR franchisee Paul Lin of
Artesia into the company's most prestigious enshrinement.
