The Utility Company (TUC) Training and Support
The initial training program generally covers the following subjects;
- Administration – confidential operations manual review, back office support, resources available, detailed CRM training
- Marketing – marketing overview, TUC branding guidelines, Connected Office marketing tools, Utility Engagement Model, market segmentation/verticals, campaigns and ongoing top of mind awareness
- Sales – execution of the go-to-market pan, ongoing activities, day in the life of a Connected Office sales representative, sales development center
- Service – service delivery and management policies, procedures, and best practices
The initial training is a web-based training course consisting of 21 individual courses. In addition, there are regular group training calls via phone and webinar throughout each week.
